Job Description

Inspect all assigned phases of aircraft to ensure all tasks and documentation is correct and properly signed off by the mechanic.  Verify the documentation requirements associated with the work being performed such as work drawings and technical data, is current and up to date at all times and the work performanced is in accordance with the latest revisions.

Ensure all function tests (f/t) are complete before an item is considered ready for final inspection buy-off.  Ensure any/all parts, materials and/or compoents requiring certification have proper documentation. Take corrective measures to fix paperwork discrepanices with the appropriate department.

 


Job Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
Airframe and Powerplant License.
Knowledge of and prior experience with Gulfstream, Falcon, Cessna and/or Bombardier aircraft.

Experience

5+ years prior Inspection experience on corporate aircraft.  Phase Inspection experience or training strongly preferred.                                                                                      Must be able to identify aircraft zones, bulkheads, stringers, locations on the aircraft structure and components.                                                                                       Must be able to interpret Airworthiness Directives, methods of compliance, engineering drawings, manufacturers service letters, bulletins, type data sheets, supplemental type data sheets, and Federal Aviation Regulations.                                                       Must possess a high level of skill and ability, be well organized and have the ability to handle extensive multi-tasking.
